Referring to Sir Henry May's Despatch
No.60 of the 20th. February, 1918, I have the honour to for-
-ward a return showing the imports and exports of Raw Opium
to and from the Colony and the opium boiled by the Government
Monopoly in the Colony during the year 1918, together with
an explanatory note by the Superintendent of Imports and Exports. It will be noticed that in the return of opium boiled by the Government Monopoly raw opium confiscated by
the Government has been included.
